Shipping
We strive to remain "in-stock" with enough inventory to meet the daily demands of our customers.
Dashcams are normally shipped and received in 3-6 days! However custom and all car parts such as our spoilers and diffusers may take longer depending on if we have to make them or not...steering wheels are most of the time completely custom made which takes time as we get these done with top carbon experts in Europe...expect a 2-5 week delivery window.
Maz Marketplace is not responsible for any import fees or any other fees that might be incurred when importing your product into your country. Import fees vary, please verify the percent charged before placing an international order with Maz Marketplace.

Returns
All our parts are always pre-inspected before shipment. Therefore please check packages as they arrive from the courier for any potential damages before you sign the receipt. All eventual damages should be claimed to the courier (courier should note all damages on your copy of delivery receipt and you should make insurance claim for all damages caused in transport).
At this moment, all our products are exempt from being returned.
However should there be a manufacturer defect, we will gladly take the product back within 3 days of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 4 days after delivery with proof of manufacturer defect
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 days (or as deemed by your payment choice).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and customized items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mazmarketplace.com for further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
